This is more conversational than I have a concrete answer, but: Which movie has the most individual kills (ie a guy kills another guy directly, not by bombing or remote means. I'll allow sniping as valid)?
I personally think it's Clint Eastwood in Where Eagles Dare, as he spends hefty chunks of this pretty great war movie machine-gunning Germans who are stupid enough to run towards the sound of machine guns firing.
