Thanks! Oh, well, for the breast meat the skin wasn't very crispy because I had tinfoil over it while cooking after initial sear to keep it from drying out. I took it off (the tinfoil) with like 15 mins left to crisp, but it never really took. So it just fell off when cutting it + was kind of rubbery.
