Omaha, when you lose all the weight you want to lose, are you gonna add back any carbs?
No, absolutely not. I will be eating a zero carb diet for the rest of my life. I no longer consider anything aside from meat food.

Are you doing the full blown ketosis diet?

There are definitely chubby chasers out there, although I do not count myself as one.

It's also not uncommon in professional baseball for struggling hitters to sleep with a fat chick, or slump busters as they're called.

What exactly is fat? I felt fat sometimes. And sometimes with the same weight and basically same body composition I felt very pretty and not fat. Nowdays I try not to think about myself in this categories. And I don't weigh myself. My life is better without a scale.

I know that 95% of men are pretty OK (means would be happy to sleep with) comparatively wide weight range.

I refuse to obsess about food. I refuse to obsess about weight. My energy is better invested in other things. I think that this got so massive as a topic somewhen in the 50 th of last century. And I think that there are MASSIVE economic forces that try to steer-up this obsession with food/calories/fat/.

I knew a guy in college who was like 5'5" 85lbs and had a thing for the biggest women possible.

Ketosis on steroids. I eat a carnivorous diet, primarily lightly cooked beef. So far I have lost a decent amount of weight and also have a ton of energy. I've been eating this way for around 8 months.

There was a good episode of Rescue Me where the young naive fireman dates a fat girl, he's kinda trying to ditch her, and she tells him fat girls give the best head and she'll rock his world. And it works, they even start dating!

USA#1 finally broke through that 30% barrier.

Don't worry, those new improved nutrition labels oughta do the trick. These funny bones have HOW MANY calories?

We probably shouldn't be singling people out and guessing if they're fat, as I think about it. Seems a little rude.

Are you under doctor supervision?

I'm saying this out of concern.

I think you're overestimating that. And most of the guys who are attractive themselves don't feel that way.

What's the supposed rationale (aside from simple/common baseball superstition?) for this?

Lol at "aside from superstition". There's very little science behind it. Need some peer-reviewed double blind studies pronto.

The definition of fat is if you can sit on a stool with your shirt off and bend forward and not be embarrassed in front of a person you are attracted to.

If you feel ok in that situation, aren't fat. If you don't agree with that, you're fat.

Fwiw I can't do that right now.

It's extreme but I think many people can relate to this. Being fat sucks. You feel terrible, sluggish, and it even affects your sex life. Yeah I want to eat a bag of cool ranch doritos, too. But I dont.
