I think we're two weeks behind you. We just had the first part of the underground reptiles.

Yes, Vincent is straight after the Silurians.

I think the next ones here are a two-part series finale - looking spectacular!

Episodes are on cable the day after they're shown in the UK. So, I just stay up late on Sunday night to catch that week's show. Great two part opening show.

maybe we should make this a *THAR BE SPOILERS* thread maybe?

If you guys tell me when it's first on in America, I'm sure Brits like me would respect not spoiling anything before it's first screened there.

should have posted last week or so when it happened but sarah jane smith died.

was a shame I love her and K-9 and the Sarah Jane Adventures was geared for kids but was still great to see old enemys like sontarans and such show up.

RIP

No, I went through about 50 old cassettes a few months back, looking for some, couldn't find anything

Dr Who wins on so many fronts

best fictional character
best tool (sonic screwdriver)
best ship/craft
hottest assistants (well, with Rose and Amy, anyway)

Southpark episode tonight had a ton of doctorwho and torchwood references

Funny bot =

1) Dalek movement and Dalek Plunger

2) Head to the discovery spaceship from 2001

3) Eye was HAL 9000

4) Chain guns were from the bad Robot from Robocop 2 I believe.

Funny bot was a combo of a LOT of sci-fi creations all put into 1

Tyler Perrys Tomb

Was either the Pandorica from Dr Who season 5 or the Cell from Season 6

And they filled it in with concrete just like they did to Capt Jack Harkness from the Last Torchwood mini series.

For a sci fi fan this episode was epic.

My understanding is we're getting them the same night now...BBC America is showing them Saturday night at 9:00 pm Eastern time in the US, which would be like 2:00 am Sunday in the UK, so we're really just a few hours behind...sure beats being weeks behind like in previous seasons, (or a year behind the way the classic show was done on PBS).

FWIW, I enjoy the reboot very much, but Tom Baker is still my all-time favorite Doctor!

Episode 3 Curse of the black spot.

Plot. Doctor ends up on a stranded pirate ship with the mythical sirens of lore trying to kill the crew.

I liked it..

Good stand alone episode...

Previews for next week kind of enticing....

I can't help it but Matt Smith really is an amazing doctor

Yes, this was a good episode. I like how Smith's doctor seems to rely more and more on Amy's strength when he's not certain about things.

Next week's promises to be relevatory, with a female from the doctor's past. The Rani, perhaps? (I'm guessing of course, so it's not a spoiler, so there!)

Hey Diebitter I have no idea if your a torchwood fan......

But my god the new season that is going to be in america and on starz.......

Looks amazing......

Look at the cast....

Mikel phiffer
Bill Pullman
Wayne Knight.... and on and on...

But none of it matters as long as the worlds most complex awesome TV character Captain Jack Harkness keeps kicking butt

Being on Starz....could be epic
