Haha, give me a chance to get there -- I gotta get through the trilogy first!

I've put Lonesome Dove on hold in favor of rereading Notes from the Underground by Dostoevsky (Pevear). It's short and I have a honeymoon coming up in a couple of weeks and I want a big book I can sink my teeth into for the trip and that's what Lonesome Dove will be.
Sandman is one I've been wanting to sink my teeth into for a while now, but haven't gotten around to doing. I was just browsing all the editions and there are so many I'm sort of at a loss as to which to get. Any suggestions on how to attack it? I'm leaning toward a collection like the Omnibus or Absolute, but open to anything really.
Oh, and congratulations!
