Unconfirmed. I occasionally eat fish and poultry now. I also tried venison once, and have had pork a couple times in the last 5 years.

Today's breakfast was "tacos de guisado":


In the back you can see some delicious handmade tortillas. This is one of the best places in my town to eat these kind of tacos, mainly for their tortillas; there is nothing better for a taco than a hot hand made tortilla right from the griddle.

This was my second breakfast so I only ordered 7 tacos

Normally these tacos don't come with toppings, but you have these sauces to choose from

Clockwise: Salsa Verde, Salsa macha, salsa roja, chilly onions and salsa casera, and of course, lemons (or limes, I am never sure how you call these).

Also, you can ask for "frijoles refritos" (refried beans) for your tacos, these have some small pieces of sausage when fried to add flavor.

Real tacos, awesome breakfast.

Also, for those who prefer hard shell tacos, you should look for a restaurant serving "panuchos" these are awesome.

I had some beef fajita tacos and Daisy had chicken fajita tacos.

I had sausage and sauerkraut in a flour tortilla for dinner. Mexigermamerican fusion tacos imo.

Waited until 12:02am for the start of taco Tuesday at local 24 hour Mexican joint. Ate tacos; 2 machaca, 1 pollo.

Going to go back after I'm off work at 11:00pm tonight. Will eat more tacos.

Pulled pork with pico de gallo. Authentic to nowhere, but tasty!

Actually ended up at a different taco shop after work, still had tacos twice in the same day. 2 carnitas, 1 adovada. Twosday was glorious.
