Hello Friends,

One article that caught my eye while looking for information about submitting a Press Release to Buzzfeed last week is an article regarding the four types of penises in the world. The article was so interesting, that I thought I would create a post and poll to go with the article. Without further to do, here is the four types of penises

The Big Head

This occurs about 20% of the time. The head of the penis appears to be thicker and bigger than the body of the penis

The Big Shaft

This is known as the opposite as The Big Head. The head is much smaller and the penis ends in a point.

The Curve

About 10%-20%, you will find "The Curve". The penis will have a slight upward curve to their penis.

The Bender

This could be cause for concern. There is an extreme curvature to the penis, something in the range of 30 to 60 degrees. Could be a sign of Peyronie's disease.

I'm really disappointed you want to "classify" me in with a group of people. You continually segregate people. It makes me feel sick.

I am sorry you feel this way as it was not my intent. The intent of this post was to show that their is four distinct types of penises and that if you have a penis that you previously thought was different from others, that you would see that it fits into one of these four groups. And that your penis is normal.

How do you feel being segregated into one of two sexes? Male or female. That feeling you have when people do that to you. That's how I feel now. I've been crying non-stop for the last 30 minutes

why, because my penis happens to fall in to one of these categories should i feel like i have to be there. what if i happen to have a big head, but identify as a bender? i should be able to be bender if that is what i am, regardless of what the physiology of my penis is. i am a bender with a giant head of a penis. there is nothing wrong with that!!

don't worry fid. he/she didn't mean to generalize the the penis' into distinct factions. your man/woman parts have nothing to do with if you are a he/she or a she/he. your brain, not your genes, controls your gender not your penis/vagina, let alone a specific type of penis/vagina that who knows who have come up with. he/she just doesn't understand what a man/woman like you is going though when they (he or she...or both...or none) have to be slotted to a category.

I completely understand this. A lot of people would characterize my penis as "The Big Head" However, I would identify my penis more in "The Curve" category. This post (and I would assume the article itself) is only explaining the different types of penises there is. Scientists all over the world have examined penises and have determined these four types. You may identify for any of the groups that you wish.

so, because these scientists have determined this is where i fit, i have to be there? what about the scientists from around the world thinking physiology makes gender? they don't count?
i may fit in to these 'scientists' from around the world's catergories, but my penis can not be lumped in to what others think it should be. i fit my penis into what i want to...
my penis fits where it wants to fit. i can't control where my penis wants to be.

I completely agree with everything you just said. You can fit your penis into whatever you want. (and if it's another person, you can do that too assuming they sign a consent form )

I am glad to see your comment. Based on some of your other comments in my threads, I thought you might enjoy this one,

Growers/showers and un/circumcised is two different sets of sub-sets of the four types scientists have identified. For example. You could be a uncirumcised, grower, Big Head penis. Or you could be a cirumcised, shower, curve penis, etc.

Is that really true though? un/circumcised ok, but for example curved could be mostly growers? Are those attributes really uncorrelated? Where is the science on that?
