Here are the colleges I have "attended" ranked from most to least impressive:

1. The University of Kentucky
2. The University of Louisville
3. The University of Maryland University College European Campus
4. The Community College of the Air Force
5. The College of Southern Nevada

Here are the colleges I applied to and got rejected from, ranked from most to least impressive:

1. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology
2. The Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering
3. The University of Hawaii
4. The University of Memphis

I have an Associate of Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force, and I am not currently pursuing higher education.

it has its own school of economics named after it and is one of the more fashionable campuses. the only truly elite school in the midwest in the only truly elite city in the midwest.

It has nothing to do with morphismus mentioning I totally knew about that school on my own. Located in posh switzerland where there is gold, it is one of the best science and engineering schools in europe. I put this at number 5 because of statistics.

STANFORD

It was a tough call between my alumni Kansas State and Stanford for the coveted 3rd spot but in the end I think Stanford deserves the nod.
I think it is the number 1 choice of the average smart person for schools they would go to if they could go anywhere. Legendary university in the arts, sciences, business and law. Everyone I know who went there is really smart. I cannot think of a better school to enhance your resume. And its located in palo alto at the center of the tech hub of america.
