I feel like this has been asked before, but I'm old and can't remember for certain (and too lazy to skim back over this thread to verify).
QotD:. For those who use toilet paper, what is the proper amount--per pull-- to tidy things up?
I know there is a lot of variance in there (crappy paper with no perfs, single ply ultra thin danger paper, etc.).
My home stocks the Charmin ultra-soft. Tough but gentle. I submit that 3 squares per pull provides an adequate working amount, while allowing a bit of buffer for safety. You may pull as many "hanks" as you need to get the job done, but 3 squares per hank is plenty.
(If you have to get in there more than a couple of times, go ahead and flush! Ain't nobody want to go and plunge out a 60 square clog with sharks in the area).
speaking of pooping, when you go to drop the kids off, do you start taking your pants off as you approach the throne? Or do you wait til you are there, turn around and then drop your pants?
ok ladies and gents, this is a 2 question post around 1 subject.
I was stupid enough to waste 3 hours of my life watching the movie ' The Revernant'. So apart from the glaring lack of character development in certain parts of the movie i am wondering if the occupants of 4L who have also seen this movie have the same answers as me to the 2 questions i propose about the film.
1- Do you think the yoda and obi wan apportions esque dreamy visions Leonardo's character had throughout the movie was, lets say, just slightly overly repetitive?
2- The movie was at least an hour longer than than required. Seriously if the plot moved any slower the ending of the movie would have finished in 1910.
hey guys, I have a serious question for everyone here... ( i would post in omg. but you know what it's like)
I'm applying for jobs like I do every day right now and I'm wondering if it would be better to A: spam out my cv to a bunch of places to see if i land anything ( volume) OR B: find ones i think i MIGHT have a chance of getting and change my cover letter and cv accordingly to what the people want in the job ( spend more time on less jobs but have more quality)
