Of course. 1 normal hand and a hook can be managed and you can perform day to day tasks but there will be some inconvenience. Tentacles are mother****in' tentacles baby! You won't be able to do as many normal things with tentacles but I bet there are some cool things you could do.

Personally I'd go with tentacles, could probably climb buildings and stuff with those suckers. Plus I've seen enough hentai to know where this is going...

What does sex feel like now so when it happens after the bowling ball to the nads I will know it is is different?

Is the arrow one of those pointy target tips or one of those three or four edged razor monsters used for hunting? Is it a glancing blow or a full on straight through the side shot where it will have the tip on one side of my leg and the feathers on the other side, requiring a surgeon to remove it?
