...but doesn't a pound=16oz? If we roughly equate litre and quart, and you're putting in 1-2oz, you're looking at about 22 litres at 30c each, compared with 4c/quart for Mr. Clean.
I could be all wrong about this. My brain doesn't actually function for another 30 mins to an hour.
Also, I can't compare the two, having never used citric acid, but M/C is a serviceable general cleaner. You mentioned degreasing...if you have a seriously burnt on and dirty stove, or something wayyy outside the range of normal wipe/light scrub, Bar Keepers Friend (powder) is the best I've found.
