Re: progressive house trance etc music thread

alright clowns, time for some DnB (OBLIGATORY HQ!!!)

High Contrast - True Colours

Outernational Meltdown - Hungry On Arrival (Spring Heel Jack Rmx)

PHD & The Funky Technicians - Above & Beyond

Blame - Alpha 7 (LOL @ the content of the video, but soundtrack is right on the money)

Future Engineers - Organism

Adam F - Aromatherapy

Omni Trio - Who Are You (Aquasky remix)

All of these tracks can give me an eargasm if I'm in the right mood

Re: progressive house trance etc music thread

I recently saw MSTRKRFT, Bassnectar, and The Glitch Mob. All three were really good.

I'm sad I missed Deadmau5's set, but I heard he was really awesome too

I'm heading to the Electric Picnic in Ireland in a few weeks. If anybody posting in this thread is going and knows any good acts playing the Bodytonic arena then let me know please. I'll definitely be heading to see Erol Alkan, 2manydjs and Orbital.

Cant wait for the new album.
I got the promo before its being released on Sept 22nd. Its pretty good and he did a great job mixing it.

I got hooked on him a while back when he was playing at the venue that I worked for. He did it along with Moderat and some other guys that werent that great. After the show he ran around with this ditzy blonde video taping himself dancing on the floor in some shawl. He was pretty ****ed up on something but he was pretty cool when we talked.

Re: progressive house trance etc music thread

I've been throwing EDM events since 2003. Anyone that's going to be near Ottawa on Sept 4th, we're doing:

Markus Schulz vs Sander Van Doorn

Pretty decent sized show for Ottawa, getting the #8 and #13 djs in this years top 100. Anyone that's interested in stuff going on in this part of the country, hit me up. Could probably also get you reduced etc...

No idea if posting the facebook listing to our party violates terms of service for 2p2, if it does mod away

Trentemoller - Take Me into Your Skin (Live at Roskilde)
legendary
While I don't think trentemøller is that great I was at that show(roskilde) and it was mind blowing. I think some chick next to me orgasmed just by spasming alone on the ground to the beats. Or she OD'ed, I dunno.

It's just unfortunate that he's such an insufferable prrick, lol.

Looking forward to Sasha+Digweed+Seaman at black and blue this year. Lol Dave's last name is a little unfortunate for this one

Also it's pretty lame to say the remix is **** because it "butchered the original". It's a remix that's pretty far removed from the original, not a remake. Trentemoller's remix is totally ****ing awesome on the dance floor, better than the original imo. On the whole the original is better but so what?

Out of interest do you have any issues with copyright/money doing a podcast? Do you actually make money?
