CCleaner should get rid of anything other than stuff you downloaded.

Stuff you downloaded you'll need to delete manually. Then run CCleaner again.

That should be adequate. Someone could still get the pron back if they used a recover program but Dad isn't going to do that. If you fear he is -- use something that writes over the deleted files.

If there is nothing on the machine you need just format and re-install Windows. That way 100% gone plus machine is in mint condition.
