In order to claim $10 in cash or $15 in Red Bull product, you must visit their website and fill out a form by March 2, 2015.
In order to qualify for the payment, you must have purchased a Red Bull product between January 1, 2002 - Octoebr 3, 2014 - but you do not need a receipt as evidence.

thats false advertising only in US, its absolutely normal in other parts of the world that you can advertise something allegorically if its a common sense that its allegorical.

It's probably not a comon sense in US that humans cannot get real wings,

either that or they dislike the fact that Red Bull is not the American company, so this was the best way for them to pay some 'taxes' to American eco system.

Go figure out yourself which one is more likely.

I never liked this advertising. After having a redbul, not getting wings was very disappointing.

The only product that did, was Tampax.

On a more serious note, I was reading up on the lawsuit and it says the advertising implied that the drink would help athletes perform better, while it would not. Not really anything to do with the wings in a literal sense.
