you did the right thing, it wont magically get better some how. you will just become less and less happy, she will slowly tune into this, and then depending on what type of girl she is she will also become less happy (and then probably fat), or neurotic and and angry.

I think you did the right thing. If you're not happy now, you're not going to magically become happy with her at some point down the line.

Go on like three or four dates with hot chicks in a week and you'll suddenly start feeling better.
