lol I can't find the flaw in this one considering there's a working mechanism that doesn't let the water run out of the can when a floater re-enters the water at the bottom.

the weight of the water would not let the floater in
just look at the stick as a long string of atoms/molecules because, well, that's just what it is. so you're kinda right about a "shockwave". each atom/molecule has to touch the other one from earth to mars -that's a very long chainreaction- and atoms don't move faster than the speed of light.

yah, but you can increase the number of floaters you have, therefore increasing the number of floaters currently in the water and pulling upward with more force, while the amount of floaters you're pulling in at once remains the same !
