good luck getting in prison in belgium, anything under 3years u probably won't even do coz there's no place and everything else u just serve 1/3

He got five years. The fact that he was Romanian may or may not have had something to do with it (again, sad but true).
Anyway, I'm not being helpful to the OP I'm afraid.

Do you have any kind of sources, other advice?
Parking.
I think more they have interfering transmitters or something to prevent the handys and stuff.
