does anything hurt worse than when the dentists assistant goes ape**** in your mouth with one of those devil hooks? i cant imagine worse pain than that .

wisdom teeth out is not that big a deal plus u get hydroco's or somethin like that so thats +EV. Tell em your scared of needles and they'll probably gas the **** out of u first with nitrous. Thats what they did to me.

man that anesthesia is some crazy ****.. your whole world implodes . it is really nuts. It is like in the matrix.. the mirror scene.. when the metalic 'matrix' starts climbing up his whole body and covers him and goes down his mouth.. it really is like that.

You seriously told the assistant you were too scared to get a needle?

i told them i dont like needles. cuz i dont. im not like really scared of them, i'll get a shot if i have to np.. but i figured by saying this i could possibly get some drugs out of the scenario. She left me in the room with the nitrous for a while. i promptly covered the vent holes on teh face mask and got blitzed. wen they gave me the needle i couldnt have given a **** less. then they told me not to fight the anesthesia.. whatever that means.. and so i tried tos ee how long i could remain concious .. and man **** got really crazy really quick.

i tell my new dentist i dont like needles too when thy gotta give u that monster gauge shot in the gums if u have a cavity or somethin.. man that needle is ****ing huge. i dont like to see it. just gimme the shot dont flaunt that needle in my face . i usually close my eyes and they think its funny.

They gave me adavan to take tonight and tomorrow morning... not really familiar with it... I sure as hell hope I get the nitrous before the needle cuz I'm a bitch about IV needles.

I'm not a fan of needles but in my gum I don't really mind, especially if they put some of that numbing gel on it beforehand.

qft... but the one that goes in the arm right on that tender spot on the inside of your elbow... uuugh makes me cringe just thinking about it.

I have tattoos fwiw... I don't mind that kind of needle. And shots aren't so bad... it's just the thought of that long thick needle going in parallel to your vein that makes me wanna die.

Yep I'm with you. Anywhere in muscle or fat is fine with me but stay clear from veins, nerves, sinews, tendons, etc.

What liar said root canals don't hurt? I have a huge hole in my mouth because I couldn't go through with getting mine finished off. The first part was no problem, but the 2nd visit, you know, the bit when they start stabbing at your ****ing nerve with a 4 inch spike was absolutely un-****ing-bearable. Never again. Ever. Worst pain I have ever felt.
