10 miles a week is 10 miles more than I run a week.

My weight doesn't fluctuate much and I don't do a whole lot of physical activity outside tennis. I don't understand how people balloon up as much as some of the girls in the thread. Some of it, I get. Some of the drastic changes seem like you'd have to do nothing but eat all the time to get to the point they're at.

Maybe I actually have a better metabolism than I gave myself credit for in high school.

I dunno if some of these girls are trying to keep up with the guys, or using guys as their guideline or something, but if so, a lack of sense of proportion is their enemy. A 200 pound guy ordering a triple decker burger with fries and a big coke may be a bit out of line, but he may not take that much activity to burn it off. A 125 girl eating the same meal is getting an absurd amount of calories that could have a lot of trouble burning off.

I've seen some girls at burger joints order the same thing I do or more -- and I'm a big eater and over 200 lbs -- and I'm just astonished watching them pound it down.

My ex girlfriend (I knew her when she was 12 and thought to myself what a shame a girl that cute is gonna grow up to be fat) was 150 when we started going out. And I am a chef/cook(above post) and we never "watched" what we ate. We ate quality food. She lost around 30 lbs. Her boyfriend before me was all on the McCrap and she ate it too. It's all about GOOD food. Blarg knows this.

Its easy to tell but normally sad either A) Look at their mom dukes or B) if they are under 22 and have huge cans be prepared for a sad future

Actually it's more like looking at pictures of a train wreck after it has already happened. You just can't help but view the carnage. But I feel your pain. If only there were some way to go back in time and plow some of these girls when they were hot. Too bad time travel is not possible.
