Today I have consumed:
2 monster sugar free energy drinks
1 larger than normal red bull
1 sanpeligrino lemon
2 bars of chocolate
2 ham sandwiches
salmon fillet with homemade marinade (soy sauce, garlic, lemon grass, honey, coriander)
2 servings of brown rice
1 serving steamed green beans
1 serving steamed broccoli
4 servings of homemade salsa (tomatoes, garlic, coriander, lime, onion, chili)
1 serving of homemade chicken pie
about to open the first beer of the evening and will more than likely end up having 3 of them.
