This kinda makes it sound that you did on some level consent to having the tattoo. I'm sure most good tattoo artists won't work on drunks, but I guess there are some that'll just take the money.

Tattoo removal or skin graft to fix it.

Make sure to stay out of trouble until fixed. You don't wanna end up in prison with that tattoo, you wouldn't survive your first shower.

normally people chose a tattoo to be symbolic of their life style; in your case you'll just have to adjust your life style to match your tattoo.

You got this in prison, didn't you?

Any half-decent tattoo artist should be able to overlay a new tat for you. Look for somebody with a tattoo gun rather than a needle.
