Also it RIPPED OFF HER HANDS. No human has that kind of strength.

I really doubt you would have an "easy" time with bull mastiff's that have been trained...

I'm curious how humans endurance compares to the endurance of alot of the animals listed ITT.

As horrible as this is, she was a weak old lady, there are people that are more than ten times stronger than her.
I hope you do not think it is the same, to fight a 65 year old lady, and a strong young male fighter.

Did anyone read the article? It clearly explains how the strength of the great apes has been exagerated.

Re: Which animal vs human fight is the closest to even money?

lol at people suggesting MMA (thai kicks/BJJ) when they've never done it in their life.

How the FK are you going to armbar an ape that is 4x stronger than you? Firstly, I'm not even sure apes anatomy is the same so I dunno if you'd be able to hyperextend the elbow joint for a textbook armbar. Even if you could that chimp is still free to tear into with his teeth/hands while both of your arms and feet are dedicated to isolating one of his four limps, GL with all that. And LOL at throwing a hard kick at any animal. You better win right then and there, because if you don't YOU ARE LOSING. Imagine having your leg extended, groin exposed, balance suspect after you glance a hard kick off some animals skull. How is that a good plan? Yes, expose the femoral artery so the animal can luckbox bleed you out. Rear naked choke? GL, you will get a chunk of your forearm bitten out like a block of cheese. Even if it's "locked in", the animal is much stronger than you and can probably break the lock by strength alone.

I saw this show on TV "I shouldn't be alive", this chimp went all ape**** and attacked two men. He bit off the guys fingers like they were carrots. The other guy finally beat him into submission with a big log, but this was more a product of him being able to establish alpha-male than superior fighting skills. If it was a survival fight, and the apes flight response wasn't an option they'd both be dead.

Also, anyone who thinks you have a chance against a mountain lion is an idiot. Cats are the most efficient predators in nature and their body weight can be multiplied by 4 to give you an idea of what the human counterpart would be like. Pound for pound, much stronger. Faster, more agile, oh and they have 5 weapons, 4 claws one mouth. Also, if you are getting attacked by a mountain lion you are being attacked from above which tends to suck considering momentum and all that other P=MV crap.

Wolf againt human

So a full grown wolf against the world's best fighter naked. What would the chanches be for the human representitive? Lucky heart attacks not included. And what do you think would be the best body type for this trial?
My thoughts:
Kicking would be hard because the wolf would prob jumb far away to get to the neck. Wolfs prob open their mouths pretty soon after the jumb so it would not be easy to hit them to the nose. And sacrifing your own hand to keep the wolf busy sure takes guts and high level of masochist spirit to not shout until death but to instead enjoy the moment. And wolfs sure can take a few punches too. My feeling would be to somehow get to wrestle with the guy because his paws would be just useless. But even getting the opportunity to strangle would not be too easy . Even my little dog who has been peacefully taimed for 10000 years kept his head close to his body to not allow any hands to get under.
So maybe some guy who has only trained his hands to get a lucky punch. Or some aikido techinique. They always step away from the action right?
