All betting lines have something called "vigorish" or "juice" worked into them, which is the casino or bookmaker's cut. I could have removed that, but it would have been a pain.
For example, if A & B are both -110, in either case, you need to bet $110 for the chance to win $100. In real life you would give the $110 when you buy the ticket, & receive $210 back, but in this example you don't have to actually give me any imaginary $$$ first, so your 2 choices are either going to be +100 if you're right, or -110 if you're wrong.
On each question, one of the options will be worth at least +$100, and the other option will be worth at least -$100.
