So women are far more important. We should pay no taxes for life after delivering 2 kids...because at 30 years each we've more than doubled your order on our initial 30-mat leave...

...but we'd settle for THE BARGAIN RATE of equal pay/no career displacement while we do this.

Take the deal peen holders.
I know this is half-joking, but it's a pretty impossible thing to mandate. It's sort of like mandating a business to have a legitimate reason to fire employees. You can do it, but it doesn't make much difference because it's incredibly easy for an employer to come up with a reason even if for some weird reason they don't have already have a pretty obvious one. You just end up paying people to oversee the process with no significant benefit.

You can mandate preferential treatment of groups that are behind in big picture statistics, but by doing that you are just doing what you want not to be done, which is discriminating against people based on their sex, race, etc. It's especially unfair to young people who had no part whatsoever in creating any inequities in our society that still exist today.

The good news is that, for the most part, people get paid what they are worth, because businesses like money.

p.s. most people should get tax credits for not having kids and not the other way around.

On the plus side a lot of the work women do is unpaid and therefore untaxed. So, you've got that going for ya

Considering the fact that there is no where near enough gold in the world for it to ever be used as currency, I would say gold investment for that purpose would be dumb. But Im gonna guess you already know this.

Or maybe you should read more Michael Savage, and less Dan Savage?? The confusion might be real.

Also, >21k posts in 8 years? Lulz irony..maybe you should be asking yourself this question? What do I know.

I thought I was clear, I definitely am in favor of preferential treatment...as long as it is for women.

Election 2016: Countdown to Donald calling Hills the C Word.

They want equal everything, the house, the kids, alimony, a guaranteed lifestyle for life when we sweat the markets?... 3x salary for the engagement ring And have us open the door? They live 7 years longer too. Great deal.

And people wonder why marriage is not as attractive to males anymore. I'll have my milk for free thank you, no need to buy the greedy ass self absorbed COW.

It's your party gerrymandering the nomination for Hillary. They have to hide her.

Two of the dem debates are on weekends and this one was up against the NFL. You think this is an oversight ?

Either way, it looks like Trump will be the republican nominee, which probably means whoever wins the democrat primary will be the 45th president.

Wow, someone who has the avatar of Bruce Jenner wearing women's clothing thinks the Dems will win the presidency, what a surprise.

No one knows what you are talking about. There is no Bruce anymore. Caitlyn Jenner is more of a Republican than a Democrat.

No one knows what you're talking about. Bruce is still Bruce. The DSM IV, which is the psychiatric bible, defines being a transsexual as a mental disorder, no different than schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder, or psychosis. Get your facts straight before you give your incorrect opinion next time.

So, yeah...
DSM-5 came out in early 2013 and handles the subject more appropriately, although not perfectly.

But I'm sure sure you'll get your facts straight before you give your incorrect opinion next time.
