I played the horse event 7500 starting stack .blinds start at 50/100 everyone raises to 200 so in reality you start with 37.5 big blinds.already handcuffed if you brick a major wrap your already out the door.allows for no skillful plays.cant run bluffs for later.cause there is no later.unless your lucky and run well or have nits that fold.which i rarley see

Wsop thinks there cool paying 15% of field and yes that would be great if they didnt take 10% to 20% rake
Sad thing is most 10k buyins for rich or funded players wsop took about 4% rake but for us low to midstakes plays they raped us.the giant event 365$ buyin they took 18% its a crime

In the 1500's, WSOP has fairly fast structures early, and amazing structures late.

The reverse is true for things like the Venetian's Deep Stack events.

Given the choice, the WSOP structure is significantly better (imo). I'd rather have play when we're deep vs. a shove fest when we're deep.
