Swap conflict with phase event, need advice

Hi Mtt Comunity.
Two friends came to a situacion after this last scoop sunday, they didnt swap in all scoop until the last day, yesterday (sunday 22).
Player A qualify for the phase 109 on the first sunday 8th of may with a healthy stack (on a day they didnt swap).
Player B played the phase event 3 times prior the last sunday and also the last phase event on the sunday 22 and he didnt qualify for day 2, and that day they had a swap of 10% on all mutually played events.
Now they are not sure whats fair, and if the swap is on for day 2 or not.
They would apreciate some input if they can come to an agreement.

the swap would have to be booked prior to player A qualifying for it to be counted imo. therefore it should not be included.

no swap active for day 2. had swaps with friends only if we both played same day 1X

Clearly no swap since it wasn't a mutually played event ie same day X entered.

what if player B qualifies on that day? still no swap for day 2 right?

Still no swap because player A did not play same day 1.

The key is that Player A already has equity before the swap begins. You guys should clarify this in advance (like I did :P) but luckily it's clear here. If player B had made the day 2, there is still no swap (but obviously if you get similar or same stack you can add one etc, or work something out x for y% if you have dif stacks).
