What do you think of putting a requirement for these in your op, that you have to post your finish to claim your winnings, if you think youv won. And put a time limit to post that way if you f up and send to wrong person you won't be getting free rolled. Also could save time in searching through a 20k field or whatever it will be.

well it normally works out that way anyway.there should be decent money up for grabs,so 99.9% of people will come forward within 24 hours to claim it

If you want maximum runners I think you should give the option to back out. Maybe until one hour before or something. The way it is now if people are unsure if they want to join they are gonna send you right before the tournament anyway and you will have loads to do then.

What do you mean by 80/20? Who are your horses/how many will be playing and does buy in back mean buy in for the contest or buy in for the tournament?

The payout for each tier will be 80%/20% for the top 2

When my horses enter they will have (horse) next to there name

Each horse will have a $215 bounty on there head ,I will have a $5,000 bounty on mine
