Hi guys,

Can you advise some rooms to play MTTs besides stars and Ongame, ipoker network (doesnt work in my region)

I'm playing mostly on stars and I like software much and I will keep grinding there, but wanna add some value of soft MTTs.

stars is the softest site. biggest room = bigger fields = bigger prizes = more recs

I would say every other site is softer then stars. 888 poker and party

Not trolling here. It's always been the perceived wisedom that other rooms are softer than stars.
Have you done any large sample analysis of this though?

Reason I ask is that my own and also my experience says otherwise.
I feel it's just something people say based on going deeper in non stars tournaments more often which is related to field size not how soft the field is.

It could be different at lower stakes I have only ever looked at mid stakes +. Also party is much softer than 888 in that player pool as well.

More than happy to be proved wrong.
I would add it's likely that winamax and stars.fr are softer but I can't play there so haven't checked it out for a long time.

Stars definitely has the softest MTTs. The main issue is that any ROI is relative to how long you had to work for it. Stars fields are so big and the variance is so sick that sometimes it's not worth to play there if you have a tentative roll.

IMO, bigger fields = an unpleasant choice between 1) giving a decent part of the profit to backers for overpriced coaching or 2) playing at lower stakes.

There are some very soft and very hard tournaments on virtually every network. Game selection within each network is going to be more beneficial than trying to decide which network is the softest overall.

Agreed If playing below $109 i just play stars/888. Party has next to nothing worth playing below $109 and has **** software.

Would play winamax from what everyone says about it but its not available in my country. ACR/BCP everything starts so late if you are in Europe hardly seems worth it if you are located outside North/South America.

Most importing thing is not to be backed. Online poker is declining at a rapid rate theres a million stables out there still selling the dream of work hard and you will make fat stacks but its a pipe dream for the vast majority of people playing a $5 ABI earning a worse hourly than a mcdonalds worker. All sites are softer when you get 100% of your profit and not 50%
