I slightly amended Lukes initial schedule, with what I think would work really well.
Sunday, May 7th
08:00 SCOOP-: $11/$109 [Sunday Kickoff SE]/$1,050 NLHE
11:00 SCOOP-: $27/$215 [Sunday Warm-Up SE]/$2,100 NLHE
14:00 SCOOP-: $27/$215 [Sunday Million SE]/$2,100 NLHE
15:30 SCOOP-: $11/$109/$1,050 [Sunday Grand SE] PLO [6-Max]*
17:00 SCOOP-: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [6-Max]* [Variable Levels, Progressive KO]
Changes-
Changed PSKO from warmup to the last event as its more reasonable to have a quicker structure/psko on the last event and keep the SWU pure.
Monday, May 8th
11:00 SCOOP--06: $11/$109/$1,050 NLO8 [6-Max, Progressive KO]*
13:30 SCOOP--07: $5.50+R/$55+R/$530+R NLHE
15:00 SCOOP--08: $11/$109/$1,050 HORSE*
16:30 SCOOP--09: $27/$215/$1050 NLHE [Win the Button]*
Changes-
Changed the WTB high buy in down one slot. Its a new event that a lot of people haven’t played and it doesn’t work right now. The 162 WTB gets 60 players maximum, so having a $1k versus a $2k will naturally help with runners, $27 and $215 should still be very popular so wouldn’t change those.
Tuesday, May 9th
10:30SCOOP--53: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [Phase 1]
12:00 SCOOP--10: $5.50+R/$55+R/$530+R PLO [6-Max]
13:30 SCOOP--11: $11/$109/$1,050 [Super Tuesday SE] NLHE
16:00 SCOOP--12: $5.50/$55/$530 NLHE [Progressive KO, Ante Up]*
Wednesday, May 10th
11:00 SCOOP--13: $27/$215/$2,100 Razz*
13:30 SCOOP--14: $215/$2,100/$25,000 NLHE [8-Max, High Roller]*
16:00 SCOOP--15: $11/$109/$1,050 PLO8 [6-Max]*
17:30 SCOOP--16: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [Variable Levels]
Changes-
Changed event 16 from a turbo, to a variable levels which is way more reasonable imo.
Thursday, May 11th
10:30 SCOOP--53: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [Phase 1]
12:00 SCOOP--17: $27/$215/$2,100 FL Triple Draw 2-7*
13:30 SCOOP--18: $11/$109/$1,050 [Thursday Thrill SE] NLHE [Progressive KO]
16:00 SCOOP--19: $27/$215/$2,100 PLO [Heads-Up]
Friday, May 12th
11:00 SCOOP--20: $11/$109/$1,050 Stud8*
12:00 SCOOP--53: $11c/$109c/$1,050c NLHE [Phase 1]
13:30SCOOP--21: $11/$109/$1,050 FLO8 [8-Max]*
16:00 SCOOP-: $27/$215/$2,100 NLHE [6-Max, Zoom]*
Changes-
Changed the second event from a phase to a cubed. I know they are raked, but without having an attractive event here event body is going to take the day off as its such a **** day.
Saturday, May 13th
09:00 SCOOP--23: $5.50/$55/$530 NLHE [Progressive KO]
11:00 SCOOP--24: $27/$215/$2,100 8-Game*
13:30 SCOOP--25: $215/$2,100/$25,000 NLHE [Heads-Up, High Roller]
15:00 SCOOP--53: $27/$215/$2100 NLHE marathon event
16:00 SCOOP--26: $27/$215/$2,100 NLO8 [6-Max, Variable Levels]*
Changes
Again this looks like a very awful day. The marathon event was currently a phase for you. Having this is a really nice event and runs nicely saturday/sunday/monday. A lot of amateurs will have this as their first saturday off work and the schedule is really poor for them. I don’t think regs should be taking this saturday off either, but it looks really boring atm without this.
Changed turbo from event 26 into variable levels.
Sunday, May 14th
08:00 SCOOP--27: $11/$109 [Sunday Kickoff SE]/$1,050 NLHE
11:00 SCOOP--28: $27/$215 [Sunday Warmup SE]/$2,100 NLHE [6-Max]*
14:00 SCOOP--29: $27/$215 [Sunday Million SE]/$2,100 NLHE
16:30 SCOOP--30: $5.50/$55/$530 PLO [6-Max, Progressive KO]*
17:00 SCOOP- - XX: $11/$109/$1050 [Ultra Deep, Variable Levels]
Added a 5th event for Sunday, I think this is completely reasonable. Sundays has traditionally always had more events than week days and there is more than enough demand to have a really good event here with huge prize pool.
Monday, May 15th
11:00 SCOOP--53: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [Phase 1]
12:30 SCOOP--31: $11/$109/$1,050 FLHE [6-Max]*
13:30 SCOOP--32: $27/$215/$2,100 NLHE [4-Max]*
16:00 SCOOP--33: $27/$215/$2,100 NLHE [6-Max, Shootout]
Changes-
None, think its pretty solid day. Although I really doubt Phase 1 will work well here, would likely replace with some kind of mixed game event, perhaps 5 card plo
Tuesday, May 16th
10:30 SCOOP-53: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [Phase 1]
12:00 SCOOP--34: $11/$109/$1,050 PLO8 [8-Max]*
13:30 SCOOP--35: $27/$215/$2100 [Super Tuesday SE 8 max] NLHE
16:00 SCOOP--36: $11/$109/$1,050 FL Badugi*
Changes-
Changed the Super Tuesday buy in, it should be unique to the previous week, also made it 8 max, which I think works well.
Wednesday, May 17th
12:00 SCOOP--37: $5.50/$55/$530c NLHE [Progressive KO]
13:30 SCOOP--38: $215/$2,100/$25,000 PLO [6-Max, High Roller]*
14:00 SCOOP--39: $55/$530/$5,200 NLHE [8-Max]
16:30 SCOOP--40: $5.50/$55/$530 NLO [8-Max, Win the Button]*
Changes-
Started the 8 max 1 hour earlier, structure will be very good and think having it start a little bit earlier will be fine. It means we finish earlier (there is a good early event the next day people wont want to skip) and late regging is totally fine for people who want to start 1 hour later.
Of course changed the 100% PSKO to a normal tournament. i think rebuy works really nicely here, even though rebuys are raked. Having a nice rebuy a few hours before the 5k is pretty sexy I think. Amaya will be happy, players will be happy.
Thursday, May 18th
11:00 SCOOP--41: $5.50/$55/$530 NLHE [N-Stack]
13:30SCOOP--42: $27/$215/$2100 [Thursday Thrill SE] NLHE
15:00 SCOOP--43: $11/$109/$1,050 Stud*
16:30SCOOP--53: $11/1$109/$1,050 NLHE [3 Max - PSKO Zoom]
Changes
Changed deep stack to N stack. I may be biased because I won this event, but I think n-stack is really nice. Lets you choose how deep you want to be, gives people “another chance” and its something different, which is always appreciated.
Changed buy in to Thursday Thrill to 2k (see ST)
A thursday should be a day that were really looking forward to. After the Thrill regs always keep playing and regging, having a phase is a bit of a waste, it seems like the PERFECT spot to implement the 3 max PSKO (zoom optional)
Friday, May 19th
11:00 SCOOP-44: $11+R/$109+R/$1,050+R NLHE
13:30 SCOOP--45: $5.50/$55/$530 NLHE [ULTRA DEEP, Variable levels]*
15:00 SCOOP--46: $11/$109/$1,050 5-Card NLO8 [6-Max, Hyper-Turbo]*
16:30 SCOOP--53: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [Phase 1]
Changes-
I actually think that having ultra deep variable levels starting basically when late reg ends for the rebuy works way better than bubble rush. This way you have 2 really nice tournaments starting at once. Friday is generally withered, but this would be a really nice day.
Saturday, May 20th
10:00 SCOOP--48: $5.50/$55/$530 NLHE [Progressive KO, Win the Button]*
11:00 SCOOP--47: $27/$215/$2,100 NLHE [6-Max]*
13:30 SCOOP--49: $27/$215/$2,100 NLO8 [6-Max]*
15:00 SCOOP--53: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [4-Max]
16:00 SCOOP--50: $11/$109/$1,050 NL 2-7 Single Draw*
Changes-
Changes events 47/48 around, think this is definitely the better order because of the 6max being a higher buy in and people starting later, and I also started 530 1 hour later. For a Saturday, people generally like to do things with their family etc, starting things an hour later I think works really well. Even for people in later time zones like europe, starting an hour later is very normal i think.
I also changed the phase event for a 4max, at this point the earlier events will be usually deepish or busted, having another good holdem event here works really nicely I think and seems a good time to implement 4max into a schedule.
Sunday, May 21st
08:00 SCOOP-51: $11/$109/$1,050 PLO [6-Max]*
09:00 SCOOP--53: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [Turbo, Final Phase 1]
10:00 SCOOP- XX: $11/$109/$1050 [Ultra Deep Kick off]
11:00 SCOOP--52: $27/$215 [Sunday Warm-Up SE]/$2,100 NLHE [8-Max]
14:00 SCOOP--54: $109/$1,050/$10,300 NLHE [Main Event]*
17:00 SCOOP--55: $11/$109/$1,050 NLHE [Turbo, Progressive KO]*
Changes-
Added an extra event, ultra deep kick off. by this point most people will have qualified for phase 2 and because its a turbo it wont last long anyway, having a nice ultra deep event earlier is such a great way to start the day and they were always really popular previously.
