What you really mean is that, as a NLH player, you wouldn't mind if all the games you can't/won't play are on the same day so you can skip them. I'm sure many of the NLH only players feel the same way. But what about the guys who play multiple games? Well, count me as one who hates that idea.

Its much easier to play a NLH SCOOP and, say, a NLO8 SCOOP at the same time than it is playing multiple mixed game varieties at the same time.

I was talking to Protential about this last month and he agreed that playing PLO and O8 at the same time was a massive headache and something to avoid.
Yeah I mentioned that's what I meant, I think SCOOP would def be better for a lot of grinders of certain week days were more NLHE focused.

Interesting point about different Omaha variants being hard to play, I can see how that is. I'm sure some middle ground could potentially be met next SCOOP if stars are interested in doing so. There is def room for more NLHE focues weekdays without ****ing up the mixed game schedule

I'm a Omaha and Mixed player, except smallstakes NLHE's.
I would really love to see NLHE-only Tuesday and Thursday, since this would allow me to take 2 days off per week, but definintely agree with Doggz that Mixed- or Omaha-only days would be terrible, since playing all 3 of a day, possibly for +20 hours, would at least force me to skip events I otherwise would have played.

To add to the above posts, if you ran three tournaments of the same/similar game type consecutively, the tournaments would cannibalize each other.

You sorta saw this with the NLO8 and PLO8 being run on days 13 and 14 of this year's SCOOP. Players that satellited in would play the one that they preferred. Whereas if they were run on days 2 and 14, a player that satellited in on day 5 would have to play the day 14 tourney.

Also, once the NLO8 satellites ended on day 13, there was only 1 full day of only PLO8 satellites that ran. In the 2/14 example, there would be an entire 2 weeks of PLO8 satellites.

i hated the deadline sats, starting with 1500 without antes for the first 6? levels. Often u have 10bb in bb100 and thats not fun. So start with antes in 25/50 and add some levels because going from 200/400 to 300/600 to 400/800 and then 600/1200 is ridic. I know its not a deepstacked MTT but lots of people will feel robbed when the blinds go this fast. I remember i had 8900 utg in 400/800 and had like 5k on the BU in bb1200 and then 3800 utg in bb 2k. Wont play this structure anymore.

at least the rake on those deadline sats is lower and matches the hyper structure

As for how hard it is to fix this issue, as I'm not one of our programmers, I can't answer that question. I can tell you that we consider it a high priority to get this resolved as soon as possible to prevent issues like this in the future.

I emailed and they said they had "engraving problems" whatever that means, and we should get the watches in 4-6 weeks

No, the problem today was that the 1st eliminated player in the beginning was 268th or s.th. like this, so he capped how many players will be ITM (and this also capped the total entrants). Bryan said they're working to fix this.
