Is this a scam or not a scam

Im guessing then that there is nothing in the contract that says what would happen if he plays a game he hasnt been given permission to play?
I think if you want the whole lot a good thing to do is audit his account and find a game he played without permission and charged the stake for, there must be one if he was freerolling over 100s or 1000s of games played. Then i would agree he owes it all but even him wanting to come here i think shows he did think the game was his own and hence think a agreement should be made.

Yeah, like i said in the beginning I thought it all goes on stake, and I wanted 50%. I am not even questioning that, I just want some compensation for wasting my time for nothing, when everyone we asked said that he has no right to over 50% in any way. He payed makeup back at least completely, so right now he needs to send 2750 more and we are finished. I hope he realizes that if he keeps it he is stealing. I also think that he wouldn't come to defend here if his plan was to steal in the first place, so I still think he will do the right thing. Also, he payed back sngmentors, after stealing from them earlier, so he is not a bad guy, just makes irrational decisions under pressure.

I don't understand how can someone who is little bit "deep" in loan and obviously playing with staker's money CAN have HIS OWN money at some point?
Hmm? Is there a need for anything further to discuss?
