Hi all,

Anyone have any experience with RSA tokens for stars login?

It wouldn't authenticate before switching off. This happened Friday night and after numerous emails to support they haven't got back to me. Can't order any one time pw sheets. Any help much appreciated.

They have a date on the back where they turn off 3 or 4 years from when you got it. Think you can turn it off in the client without having access to the token by clicking the button I have lost my token below where u enter the number.

There's an option to disable it but if asks u for the code to do so ��

You should be able to email support and ask them to turn it off. They will ask you questions and ask for details about your account that only you can know and they will disable it for you after that.
