Problem swapping action in a Repechage event. Help please!

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, I don't use 2+2 enough to know where things go. Feel free to move it mods.

I am playing a 1.5k Repechage event next week (there are 2 day 1's, if you bust you can pay the entry fee again and play 1b.) I'm only playing 1b as I can't make it to day 1a, so will only be buying in one entry max.

Anyway, I am wanting to swap action with a couple of people who are both going to play 1a and also play 1b if they bust. Is there a good way to swap action here?

Lets say I swap 10%, then I could have just 10% of their first shot (so if they bust and play 1b I have 0% of their action). However this is bad for me as they could make -ev decisions late on day 1a if they had a small stack and want to double or bust and enter 1b with a full starting stack again (in what will be an insanely soft tourny) rather than going to day 2 short stacked. Also it would be pretty tilting to swap action for only the first entry, then they win the tourn and I get nothing....

Thoughts on a fair way to do this? For example they have 10% of me and I have x% of them? What would x be? Any other ideas?

Just pretend you are buying pieces of each other.

If he buys 10% of your one bullet, then you could buy 5% of each of his two bullets (and he owes you a refund if he doesn't need the second bullet) or you could buy 10% (and you pay your share for the second bullet, in case he does need it).

Use whatever markup you think is fair, or no markup for simplicity.
