Re: A pretty big prop bet.
OK because this prop is now dead, I might as well post this hypothetical.
Talked about this briefly with some friends.
What odds/what amount of money would it take you to do this bet?
Also, if you could do it, what location would you choose?
The bet would be spending 1 year in a Vegas Casino. You can go anywhere on the Casino grounds, inside or outside, as long as you remain on the property. You can run laps in the parking lot, you can even play on the Wynn Golf Course if you stay there. You can eat in the restaurants, lay by the pool, play poker, pit games, go to shows, clubs, etc...
However, under no circumstances can you leave the casino property. Thoughts?

JY, If you really think that I was considering this even for a second, you really don't know me very well. I've literally been laughing my ass off about this thread and the whole topic this entire time. Sorry for wasting everyone elses time on here, but it was quite entertaining to read, so TY. Happy Holidays, see you in 2011 (not in Hammond IN)

Re: A pretty big prop bet.
I would follow through with this prop bet in a heartbeat. I definitely don't have 60k to put up on my end, but 80k is more than enough to throw my life away for a year.
Make it happen, Capn'.

Re: A pretty big prop bet.
If the property was the WYNN, I think I would def lay odds to get a free roll year of fancy living and risk the chance that a friend, family member, or myself came down with a terminal illness or were in a tragic accident. That is literally the only difficulty one would face in completing this bet.

the first thing i thought of was a family member death and having to leave the motel. you would have to pay up 60k as well as deal with personal tragedy. not worth it imo.
