Re: A pretty big prop bet.

Not sure if this has been covered yet. But I know Ryan slightly from casinos, facebook, etc. Your getting flat out hussled doing this for your 60k to there 80k (essentiall almost even money????) Try 60K to there 300-500K or something along those lines for more realistic odds. 1 Year with no human interaction aside from a 3 minute phone call is absurd. Completley unhealthy mentally and physically. No poker, no friends, no income, huge food and hotel bill if you give up 300 days in that you need to pay on top of bet. Huge ramifications if you fail deep in, barely any reward for alot of your time and life (365 days, almost 9000 hours) You will probably lose more then 80k for the year just not being able to play poker; as you do well at it

Also,The food bill and room charges alone on this would be like 45-60K for the year.

Re: A pretty big prop bet.

Has anyone thought that by taking this bet, the guy would actually be involving MORE people in his life than he has now, thus actually making his life less depressing? The maid coming in, the delivery person coming to the door.... the fact that he's willing to do this says a lot about him.

Re: A pretty big prop bet.

pre-determined meals....ahead of time....very simple like eggs and toast for breakfast, pbj or like tuna or cold cuts for lunch and some sort of decent hot dinner....we set the menu ahead of time...

im drunk, and re-rereading this and its still funny, and ryan is so stubborn he still wants to take the bet as opposed to admit he was wrong and this **** aint gonna be easy.

Re: A pretty big prop bet.

Ryan Eriquezzo on prop betting - claim how easy some absurd prop bet is then get laid awful odds for marginal sums of money.

Take notes everybody.

Love the pre-determined menu. 2nd Friday of every month should be Pizza Day.

This is obviously not going down, the thought is entertaining though.

Re: A pretty big prop bet.

I'd do it for maybe a mill-ball, but only because I know I have the specific personality type and fortitude needed to handle it. Moreover I could probably bang out a couple of phenomenal novels. But for 80 ****ing grand? I'd much rather be broke and free.
