I don't consider myself an expert in 3-bet pots, but I think I prefer a check flop / bet turn line here. Going to be hard to sell a ten in your hand on the flop, and you don't really have the stack to two-barrel this board without having it. I might bet if I did have a hand I'd stack off with, ten or not (like AA), but then I might also check that on a paired board to try to induce a barrel or two / let villain catch up enough to call me down.

I might also just stone rip this hand pre for that reason-- not really deep enough to comfortably play a 3-bet pot, especially against a big stack who can call decently wide. I'm not necessarily going to rip it all the time, but some % of the time it's gotta be in the playbook.

I think your line is ok, not great. You are playing the hand exactly the way AK would play it, so being face up makes it easy for Villain to rip it on the river with almost anything. That being said, what are Villains bluffs here that called flop?

As to Nath's suggestion to rip it preflop, I prefer to keep my suited hands for postflop play, and would much rather rip AKo and just 3! with the suited variety.

I would call preflop here for a couple reasons - if you 3b the big stack opening UTG with your 30 bb I think your range will look very strong which gets him to fold marginal hands, and I think he's probably on the wider side given his stack. On the flop nothing really changes and you have what a PSB left? I'd probably just jam it in - this small bet allows him to call and potentially see the turn/river for free, and he's not folding better hands. The turn is interesting - I might just jam as if he has a hand like 88 he's got a really tough decision. Even if he calls you have 10 outs and he doesn't need to fold often to make this a jam.

thx for the opinion´s guys. I think i like the check floop line to. It looks stronger and makes it harder for him to doble barrel air. The floop bet check turn makes my oponent life´s easier.

Yeah I would always rip AKo here pre. AKs I would mix standard 3-betting and ripping. Probably some preference to the former on the whole, although I think with the stack situation here villain might call a little lighter than he should.
