Please Fix the Lag Stars

lagging for me on 10 tables, click the action button nothing happens it times out all your tables and a minute later it's fine when your all sitting out. also registering in the lobby has about a 10 second lag on occasions

warning - Lag seems to be super bad tonight, playing 45 and 180s and everyone at the table seems to be regulary timing out and at least 3 players are sitting out on each table, lag hit me about 30 mins ago but seems to have disappeared atm but affecting others

i had a bit of lag earlier in the day aswell. i would guess it had to deal with the server update and stars putting in turbos or soemthing like that. also the mtt lobbies lag for 5-10 seconds when updating, which is v annoying esp when you are deep in a mtt. i play way differently if it says there are 100 left vs when 30 are

Would the posters quoted above please send their log files so they can be examined?

To do this, follow these instructions:

1. Open the Main Lobby
2. Go to Help
3. Go to Log Files
4. Select "Save Log Files as ZIP..."
5. Save the file to your Desktop, you may have to navigate to the Desktop as the default location is the PokerStars Settings Folder
6. Write an email to pokermanager@pokerstars.com, subject: "FAO StaffBryanS - Lag Issue"
7. Click on Attach File (or similar option)
8. Select the ZIP file located in your Desktop or wherever you chose to save the file
9. Click OK and send the email

Please note it is important that you send us these files as soon as you can as they are only kept on your hard drive for a period of one day.

Also, if you could answer the following questions, the answers may be helpful in the investigation:

What exactly happened? What did the player see?

Was there a long delay after action on the table?

What was the player trying to do?

Did logging in take a long time?

Was the opening of a window what was delayed? If yes, which window?

When did the issue happen, specifically?

What kind of game(s) was the player in at the time?

What other programs were running on the player's computer at the time? (browsers, games, other applications)?

I emailed you all that stuff Bryan along with log files, lagging bad again for me today, stupidly played a 20 table session and lag hit me right in the middle, probably taking a break from Pokerstars for a while, it's too tilting to play with. Computer, internet, router every other website and every other poker client works 100%.

Me and my two roommates are lagging. Asked around on skype, some others seem to be lagging as well. Internet is working fine otherwise.

stars in general was slow today, cashier would take a couple mins to load, player transfer windows also took a couple minuites to popup
