Bit sad when Bodog and Ongame are working fine, but I have lost all my timebanks on PS and it is lagging like a biatch.

fortunately not much lag for me today. a few times for 5-10 seconds (always on a quarter of an hour obv), but nothing major; never timed out. expected a lot worse.
8-14 tables, HM & tableninja

barely any lag for me. Only had mebbe 6 tables at first cos I was nervous of the lag; brief lag with start of Storm an Mill, but not enough to time out. Fine since & now 9 tabling.

So stars done something to switch around people experiencing the lag, people who were tired of it got it fixed and new people took over, when their patience runs out they'll swap again. I must say pretty brilliant move.

ps. surprised to tell but I have no lag neither today.

feels like it is something with the lobby settings

i only have $2.50 180s filtered in SNGs and not touching the tourney tab and it works fine

took it very easy/cautiously today, and played a minimal schedule. encountered minimal (but easily managable) lag so far

but its completely unacceptable that i have to play half as many tables as usual as a workaround

honestly it was terrible here at 5:30 GMT (as the storm loaded up) for about 15 mins, I could hardly play a hand pre-antes in anything and lost my timebanks in everything else (had 16 tables up, all scheduled tournies, shut down skype and browser plus disabled kapersky for the day so I prob now have malware but w/e), but I had no problem an hour later with the start of the million and only occasional freezes for a few seconds at a time beyond that. Overall less painful than I expected, but still worrying as it's clearly not affecting everyone to the same extent at all times and Stars seem baffled.

Stars representative, you came in and said you thought you had an idea what the problem is. How about you give us any sort of vague reason/explanation for it. Yes it won't make the lag go away, but just understanding what the problem is and being see-through as opposed to appearing be covering stuff up/sweeping it under the carpet.

yea whenever there's a tourney that has a lot of runners pop up in the middle of the hr (i.e. not at :55) it seems to always trigger a lag especially if its a sunday and theres a billion runners...

also ya once it gets to 10-11+, seem to be having a problem there too
