Please Fix the Lag Stars - MTT Poker Strategy - Multi Table Tournament Poker Forum

Myself and many others i know (and i'm sure the rest of you as well) have been dealing with loads of lag issues on ps lately, people have been having issues whether they 6 table or 30 table.

I'm sure the site is putting effort into fixing it, but i hope it is their top priority right now, especially with the massive field micro millions coming up and the 6th anniversary mill ball.

I hope you guys have a plan to re-imburse us for this trash.

Yesterday I was disconnected for 35 minutes due to my login hanging, and lost over $1k in equity in that time.

I've said this several times, but you guys really need to take a look at the infrastructure of pokerstars. Over the last few months it has been becoming more and more unreliable. Perhaps this is the result of suddenly having a monopoly on internet poker, but regardless, its something that needs to be fixed.

Yea this is unreal today, and how do you plan to run the Micro series without DAILY problems Bryan? Srsly, this is gonna be the most brutal series ever if Stars doesn't get their **** together

Best thing is when you email them about it they give you all these crazy connection checking steps that imply that its your fault and are ridiculously verbose and difficult

everyone MTT grinder i've talked to is experiencing the problem.

it seems to be happening when a group of tourneys fire at the same time, on the hour is a big one for example. when the sunday 500 fired, a whole bunch of tables froze up while some continued unaffected. i lost my whole timebank in the first hand of the sunday 500 because it had frozen up completely, as had about 3 people who were to act before me.

Just sent an email to support, I've been experiencing lag myself the last few days playing mostly 25nl and 50nl between 12 and 24 tables. I don't think the number of tables is the issue though, as it just seems to happen randomly. Definitely annoying but so far never got to the point of missing a hand / sitting out, as I have TableNinja automatically click I'm Back for cash tables, so for anyone else experiencing this issue make sure to check that option.

Some of my tables froze up while I was still able to play others. Sometimes they all just freeze. It's been a regular occurrence this month for me.

Yeah +1. Stars must make such a sh*tload of money yet whenever a PS representative posts on 2+2, it's the same old **** of ''send an e-mail to support... isolate the problem'' etc.

It's been a problem for ages whenever big tournaments run, surely isn't hard to sort out, so sort it out before this uMTT series starts.

yep, this too. last sunday was the worst for me, but it has been a problem for a while now. today has also been problematic. played less tables to try to combat but made no dif
