This is a great idea and I can't believe stars hasn't created such a series in all these years. If you would have asked me a few years back, I would have argued that such a series would have been developed long before the TCOOP, as stars used to hate the idea of turbos. It confuses me even further when you consider ft ran the miniftops like every other month and stars never developed such an offering.

I don't understand what all the hate on another series is. It's just branded additions to the daily tournament schedule with inflated prizepools and tons of fish. Literally, stars could just cut and paste the L:SCOOP schedule and voila... the miniWCOOP is born

the reason that these series are so successful is that they are seen as special...i.e if you roll out one every month this will no longer be the case

This should be players number 1 issue. There is no excuse for it not being announced last year imo. To wait half way through the year is ridiculous. What are serious grinders grinding for??
