You have 2 monthly vip freerolls, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We can play one of them and both are setup on same late hours.
Why?

What's you time dif vs pokerstars.fr?
They have their vip reward tourneys at 15:00 CET 16:00 CET and 19:00 CET on Sundays.

While yours are set up at 20:30 CET during workdays.

Hello keegoing,

We have two monthly VIP Freerolls of each type in case a player is unable to attend one, he/she can attend the other. Each player receives one ticket per month to take part in a VIP Freeroll.

I would imagine that there is no time difference between ourselves and Pokerstars.fr as we are both in the same country. We use Paris time (Central European Time).

Note that while our VIP Freerolls begin later in the evening, they have a fast paced structure and so do not run too late into the night.

You admit that they begin late in the evening and on workdays. Both of them.

I and i believe the players that i play with we don't play late on the evenings.
So when you have 2 rewards tourneys why don't you allocate them in such manner so we can also benefit?
Makes sense?

After all it's supposed to be our rewards also and not the for those who choose to play on later hours.
If not you can always offer us an alternative, like a similar buy in tourney ticket?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you here (been a bit hectic today).

Our VIP reward tournaments are scheduled according to the general playing habits of our community. I'm sorry that this does not currently fit into your personal schedule :/

Hi my Sit and Go I'm playing today has just frozen i can speak to the other guy in broken French and its the same for him what do i do i don't want to quit the client just in case it restarts theres people on other tables playing fine from what i can see.

pretty tilting, im in 3 tourneys with decent stacks and cant get on the tables since 20minutes, restarted the client a dozen times already.

2 tours just stoped and never opened untill this hour,im courious if this time ill get refounds,last time it happend ,like 1 mounth ago or so,i had 4 tours stoped for 1 hour ,and i asked refound ,i got reply thats its not the site fault,its just internet lol,but other tables working,its hilarious,and i got a 20e ticket instead of 4 ,so do u refound this time or its internet lol?

Hello everyone,

Sorry about the problem last night. Our tournament servers had a problem processing table lists and for this reason we had to stop about a third of our tournaments.

All players affected will be reimbursed according to article 11.2 of our terms and conditions.

These reimbursements will be made within the next 72 hours.

Once again, sorry about this problem. I believe a new release of the software has been put out which should prevent this from occurring again.

And now we wait for the next hand? or it has frozen?
We don't get any updates?

What happens with the payouts in this case?

Has the unique table filter stopped working?
I have it unchecked and yet it shows the annoying lights.

It looks like we have had another server problem like yesterday.

Certain tournaments have been stopped.

Players in these tournaments will receive a reimbursement according to Article 11.2 of our terms and conditions. In most cases this will include equity.

11.2 Disconnections caused by Website servers

If you have been injured, the Company agrees to reimburse you within a delay of 72 hours, under the conditions described below.
Tournaments

For tournaments, you are likely to be compensated if you were still participating in the game at the time of the incident. One of several cases may occur:

(i) The tournament for which you have registered has not yet started: you will be reimbursed in full. Should you have registered using a ticket, the ticket will be re-credited.

(ii) The tournament has started but no player was eliminated by the time of the incident: you will be reimbursed in full. Should you have registered using a ticket, the ticket will be re-credited.

(iii) A server side incident occurs after AT LEAST ONE player has been eliminated from the tournament:

a) If paid winners have not yet been determined, one half of the prize pool is shared out equally between the remaining players and one half of the prize pool is shared out prorata in function of each player’s remaining chips.

b) Should paid winners have already been determined:

all remaining players will be reimbursed the tournament commission (rake);
each remaining player will receive an amount corresponding to the next paid place;
one half of the remaining prize pool will be shared out equally between the remaining players;
the other half of the remaining prize pool will be shared out according to the number of chips held by each remaining player.

Did you restart the software after unchecking the box? Some settings require a restart before coming into effect.

Thanks for the detailed update.

The unique filter has like 10 days that doesn't work for me.
Today we got another update, haven't done a restart yet.
I believe that somehow it requires a system restart.

Because after the updates and a client restart the date verification is pre filled from the last time.

Can't blame, after a mail to the support i got my buyins and equity back, had tourneys for 60€ running and got a reimbursement of ~115€.

After updating the software there should be no need to restart your system. It is normal that your login information is still saved after updating

Can you please tell me if this problem is still there for you after installing the latest update?

You guys should really lower the rake on the daily 50 euro turbos, theyre unbeatable, even for the winningest regs.

Small fields + 10% rake + turbo/hyper = unbeatable.

We are aware that in the global market our rake is higher than elsewhere, however we are obliged to charge more due to the higher tax rate in France.

I really wish we could lower it, but for the time being it really isn't possible.

I play on your site reguraly and understand you need a higher tax rate, however you should still balance your rake w the formats youre offering.

A hyper tournament takes way less time, thus your so called expenses, than a normal 50 euro tournament. But you're still raking thesame amount, thats absurd.

And I was not kidding about it being unbeatable, i looked up all winning players playing the 50 turbos, and nobody is beating them.

Having more turbo's is a nice addition, but you're going to be getting alot more players to play them if you lower the rake, you'll actually earn more than you do now.

Either up the guarenteeds so they support over 100 runners, or lower the rake.

Turbos will be completely extinct if less regulars play them, and the fish will still go broke either way. Nobody wants that.

I just wanted to add that it's not impossible to lower the rake on hyper turbos on .fr since the hypers on ps.fr have twice less rake than the regulars so it is really not only a matter of french tax...

Hello Dave.

Notes and everything else like search etc, that are accessed by the click on the players in the tables stop working and needs client restart after x times.
And after the restart we have no access to the previous hand history s of the tournament in order to add the notes regarding x plays.

Can you confirm that this is a bug and not some kind of limited access to the notes and searches from the table?

As per the final table can this be fixed by them, the devs, by adding a extra option? I'd like to put a request about it if possible.
Because i got an reply that i't cannot deactivated anymore.


What is more more efficient, posting here or emailing the support at winamax?

what is going on today? Massive lag, disconnections. Internet and other sites fine. Worst spot I 3b 1/3rd my stack with KK he calls and im disconnected and when it reconnects my chips are gone and he's won pot.

If it was cash I would stop playing but tourneys you can't!
