Hello again. Unfortunately I bring bad news. The day is different but the problem is still the same on Winamax Poker. I’ve had enough, NOW.
Please look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUrPTEQ3Sck (I made some cuts, but I put the clock on the screen) Eventually I busted without seeing the board I have to admit I was a big underdog in that hand but I still had chance to win. Btw, that is not the point!
Eventually, a half hour later, the disconnections of the tournaments left (I was also enrolled in a freeroll) became quite constant and was not able to play a single hand.
I can accept to lose one, two, 10, 10000 tournaments PLAYING POKER, but in that way this is UNACCEPTABLE.

I sent an email to the support. Now, I want to see what excuse they give me

I set myself that location. Videos and people in that country are awesome! You can have a lot more fun there

I highly recommend you, if you understand Italian or you wanna have more fun, to set the same location as well (both virtually and in real life )

You won't regret it, I promise

Sorry for the OT.

Basically my question is that, what are the maxium gaming limit values you can put to your profile so you dont have to worrie about these kind of 48h changing rules?

I have already changed once the wagering amount and send a e-mail to winamax support, but it takes 48h to change and support hasnt replied back.

You can set these values as high as you wish. I believe even 99,999,999 is possible.

Hello again Johnnyallin,

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing connection issues.

As you seem to be experiencing these problems frequently, I strongly advise that you ensure your internet connection is adequate. Judging from your video it appears as though your connection is pretty unstable throughout the video and you are losing connection to all three tables at one time or another (correct me if I am wrong).

This could be caused by any number of things from your bandwidth to your RAM (each table open will be a certain strain on your resources).

I will go ahead and check into this with support to try and get a full picture of how you were affected.

Understand that I am simply unable to refund you with anything based on several missed hands in a 15 minute period (as indicated by your video).

I will get back to you as soon as I have more information.

I can't confirm you are right neither! Since I stopped playing cash game (cause I went broke )

During the week I had no problems playing 4 tables tournaments. The problem arose on Sunday when I think your software may not withstand high traffic. In fact, I only had problems on Sundays.

I have to quote myself on the message I sent to the support:

I do not become Bill Gates with this money, neither you I suppose, but it is not about money, you know. I love playing poker. Poker is a social game. When I play poker I feel happy, even when some bad beats knock me out of the tournament (well in that case not so happy) but the point I want to make is that when the things are run smoothly, you will NEVER see me making a complaint. NEVER!

At this point you can keep the money. It looks like to Winamax money is more important than customer satisfaction.

I asked for the closure of my account.

The poker community can draw its logical conclusion about this episode.

Good luck.

I honestly sympathise with your situation, truly, but you have to understand that we cannot refund every player that is disconnected from a tournament without at least looking at the hand histories and the tournament logs to see whether the problem stems from our network or not.

If we can see that a disconnection has been caused by us, we will without hesitation refund any player affected.

I would like to make it clear that players who suffer connectivity issues on a regular basis such as yourself are a very small minority.

At this time I have not yet had the chance to go and check things out with support but I sincerely hope you will allow me some time to investigate before making such a decision.

Hi Johnnyallin,

After looking at your case in detail with support we remain sure that our network is not at fault for your connection issues.

Based on your hand histories (and your video) we can see that you suffer intermittent disconnections for a time before completely losing your connection later on in your session.

Our systems do not show any server incidents which would have caused your connection issues.

It appears as though you are experiencing internet delays which in turn can cause you to time-out from tables and lose your connection, requiring you to reconnect to the table in question.

This seems to be happening frequently to you.

As we have stated in the email sent to you from support, we strongly advise you to contact your internet service provider and verify the reason for your internet delays. It is also possible that these problems could be caused by poor WiFi signal (if you use wireless internet).

The other players at your tables in these tournaments suffered no such difficulties making it highly unlikely the issue originates from our servers.

I'm sorry, however again, I am unable to offer you a refund for your tournaments based on the evidence at hand.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Jay,

You can edit your notes directly from the software.

Log in and go to Tools > Notes.

From there you can select a player and update your notes in any way you wish.

Hi bushi,

This is very strange. There really shouldn't be any reason for this option to not function correctly.

Can you also tell me your table name (via private message) so I can check this out with support please?

Hi,

my nick is bushi ur, no secret
also here is a screenshot

http://pasteboard.co/VCTnGaW.png

when I press F1 here I have to select action every time
when I click fold button here also happens the same.
So when it is free to check, it should check
'fold or check' hotkey never checks.

I can't play like this...

Hello again,

After asking around, it appears as though this hotkey is not working properly.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Hopefully this should be corrected soon, however I can't specify when.

For the time being you will have to use F2 in order to check.

Sorry for the delay in getting an answer to you!

Aside from that, you may be interested in the latest improvement to our software which makes multi-tabling as easy as pie (I'm guessing that you're a multi-tabler). Check it out here.

So for the second time in a row millionth hand drops at heads up table where one of the guys has made 0 milles and gets nothing?

I suspect your promo is getting abused by two guys auto folding just to make sure they change hands fast.

I'm pretty sure that's gonna happen in the billionth hand too so please Winamax take care of abusers before it's about to be dealt. Take a look at how Pokerstars managed similar problem when one of their billionth hands promos was abused this way - if I remember correctly they removed heads up tables from the promo.

Hi NoFoldPlease,

Sorry to hear about this, could you please specify what you mean when you say that S&G registering is out? To look into this I could do with knowing exactly what your problem is.

Hello again,

Our Jackpots are calculated according to the amount of rake generated at the table at which the hand falls and we do not guarantee a minimum Jackpot. Therefore a player that fast folds every hand does not generate rake and will win a Jackpot of €0.

We have however guaranteed at least €100,000 to be paid out in this promotion. If this amount is not reached by the time the Billionth hand is played, then the Jackpots will continue to be awarded until we have paid it out in full.

Well if a player has not paid a single cent in rake at heads up table raises some suspicions.

My guess is it is one player that has played some on this table(generated rake) and decided to camp on it to wait until it's time for the promotion and the other - his friend that joins to help him auto fold so they get hands fast.

And I follow when bonus hands drop - of the ones I've seen only twice one player had 0 winnings and both times it was on a HU table at a millionth hand(where there is bigger prize and more incentive to abuse).

Hello again,

The hand histories have been checked and I can assure you that this is simply not the case.

If you check out our Billionth website page you can view the bonuses won by clicking on the prize amount in the table. You will see that there have actually been a large number of players who have won a Jackpot of €0 due to having paid no rake at that table, and they have not been at all types of table.

I hope this clears up any concerns you may have had.

Hi Shanagian,

This promotion was structured to try and prevent players from earning a Jackpot without playing (sitting out at many tables etc).

The player who earned a Jackpot of €0 for the Billionth hand had only been present for 7 hands while the winner had been playing someone else for an extended period of time beforehand. If this other player had not left the table at that time and stuck around for a few more hands, there would have been a much larger Jackpot paid out.
