Lost 1/3 of a huge stack in 4max, busted a tournament and lost 20% of my stack in the 150€ main... I have to agree with ORLY here. Wtf it's been an entire hour...

I'm not 100% sure, but someone said somewhere this might've affected only people outside french. This might be true, since there was one french guy in my table who didn't seem to be affected and kept min-checkraising all the time for disconnect equity.

Which is ******ed. If the above was true (some french people managed to play in the tournament normally) and others were at severe disadvantage, Winamax' licensor (ARJEL) should be contacted.

Winamax has handled these things well in the past, I hope you're not gonna **** up now.

I'm French and that wasn't true at all.

Some people weren't affected, but nothing in relation with the nationality, just the luckier ones I guess.

As someone who's been trying really hard to get into your tournaments... this was the most tilting day i ever experience in poker due to your awful software.

First of all , i won a satellite into your 1k grand tournament , but obviously couldn't even register it so now i just have a pointless 1k ticket that i wont be able to use for a couple of months until your next crap series comes and ruins the connection again. Im so ****ing glad i wasnt auto regged into it because that would have obviously been 23423423432 times more tilting.

Now comes the hilarious part that led me to breaking my screen. In the main event i was nursing a 45k stack at 300/600 and then the lag began. It dropped to around 35k or so , how you wonder? Well i was basically disconnected 95% of the time , then when i wasn't , i would have a hand like Jacks , where i would raise it and then watch my self fold to a minbet on the flop when all the opponents knew i was going to disconnect. You might think , well why would you raise to begin with , right? well call me naive , but i thought a site like Winamax wouldnt be this ****ing awful , i honestly thought that , finally , now they got it figured out , but nop , disconnected during a hand again.
Finally ,the connection seemed to get slightly better , at this point i have 25k at 500/1000 . And well.. just read this hand history and enjoy lol.

Yup , i just watched my self timeout aces facing 2 all ins , where i would have hit a boat lol
Best part is , around 20 minutes after this , i end up busting to the guy who had KJ in that hand when i got in AK vs his KK all in preflop.
Ive emailed your support a few times so far ... not sure how long i am supposed to wait but honestly if you want a Highstakes reg to stick around , you better compensate me for this **** , but also compensate everyone else who got ****ed over by this crap.

and please, for the love of humanity , stop forcing us to have Winamax chat open at all times. I cant even close it half the time and it s just so tilting to see it there when im grinding

Three things needs to be fixed AT ONCE (all of which is extremely tilting, especially in a sunday grind)

1. Hide the chat panel when table opens (or at least make it an option)
2. Recode your MTT seating algorithm (see other thread)
3. Don't automatically switch "themes" for some tournaments (or atleast make it an option)

#3 is by far most tilting, we even have to disable this **** in the replayer window as well

You CAN disable or exit the chat portion. Look it up.

#1 & #3 are both options ?!!! #2 is very tilting, esp on a busy day

So #2 remains as the only one and most tilting issue(besides the random server drops which is #1 when occurring)
