I updated my details using my complete name and only first and last name and their answer is always the same.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Normally just putting your first and last names should be sufficient, however if any of your names are joined by a "-" and you only enter one of them, this may cause it to be refused.
Please let me know if you have had any contact directly with a member of the support team and if your problem is still in effect, let me know your table name (via PM if you prefer) and I'll check it out.
