I think you have misunderstood the email sent to you by support. We only have English, French and German support staff which means that if you contacted us in Spanish we sent you an email asking you to contact us again in one of these three languages.

There should be limits listed as "Maximum daily/weekly/monthly wagers". These would be the ones you need to change I think. If you could state exactly what the message is that you received, that would help

This problem is usually caused by your anti-virus software, specifical McAffee. Please disable your anti-virus during the installation process and then activate it once more after the installation is finished.

If the process I outline above for 1gambler doesn't work for you, you may need to use software such as CCleaner to completely erase our client. A new installation will then usually work fine.

Our tech team are aware of the problem and are working on a fix.

Disabling anti virus worked yesterday however it seems there's another update today which my pc doesn't like and this time disabling anti-virus doesn't work. Dioes this happen everytime there's an update (I'm using windows 8)? Cause I imagine a lot of casual players would try to load the client see it not work and give up, so it seems pretty dumb of you guys at Winamax to not resolve this...

Sorry to hear it. As far as I am aware, cases of this are rare and for the majority isolated to McAffee users. I can assure you that our developers are working on fixing this as soon as possible.

Can you please let me know if you got it working or not? If not, try uninstalling the client before downloading the latest version.

It's not currently possible to change themes for Go Fast and I'm afraid I can't say whether there will be this option in the future or not, however, I have forwarded this idea to our developers to see what they think.

To play the Winamax Series you must have a Winamax account that has been activated for real money play. To do so you must provide the IBAN and Swift/BIC code of your bank account.

Once you have done so, you are able to deposit and play, however, in order to keep your account open permanently you must provide us with your identity check documents: an ID and proof of bank account ownership.

The ID can be a national ID card, driving licence or passport while your bank document must show your name and IBAN.

It's not as complicated as it's made out to be by some and as long as you have your IBAN and Swift/BIC code handy (usually on a bank statement or online banking screen) then it's a breeze

I have been trying to play some matches at the 5 max and 9 max tables, but there is someone with a seating script who keeps sitting with direct position on me and trying to play. Whilst I understand we are playing on tables that are not designed for heads up play, when we both ask the player to quit he just ignores us.
