I emailed support and they also said to do this. I did all the steps, ccleaner etc but it is still happening sometimes. I do not have a firewall. If it happens and I close the program then open it again then it is fine again but obviously this is not ideal when playing 10 or 20 tables over multiple sites.
Sometimes one table will freeze/die and others keep working??!
