I can see a various reasons there. Almost everytime when one of the regular tournaments are cancelled you will find post here in this thread asking if tourney was really cancelled. Players want to know, specially with your MTT lederboard promotion.

Lobby not working well. I missclicked a tourney two times in last week and I am waiting for a sunday when I will missreg 2.6k =). I had a two cases when my lobby freezes (didnt show all running tournaments, but still worked) and I need to restart a client to make it work.

Now, when the tournament is cancelled, I am going to restart a client and after that I am looking for some confirmation from one of my friends online to be sure. And I assume I am not alone when I often see posts ITT about cancelled tournaments.

Also lag is back. Just missed a tournament because registration process took like 10s extra. You know that you're losing rake because of this kind of stupid bugs?

Can we get a notification prompt when you bust a mtt stating your finishing place and how much won? Seems very unceremonious how when you bust you get no kind of acknowledgement. Can't even write 'gg' in chat box (or hurl abuse ) when you get ko'd.
I think this would appeal to recs and every site already implements this.

I just played a satellite that awarded me a $22 ticket. I tried to register in the contender with the ticket but I couldn't. The option to use a ticket was grayed out. So I checked to see where I can use the ticket and there were a certain number of limited MTTs that I could use it, such as "Devilfish Cup Feeder" or "WPT UK Feeder" etc.

I have no interest in playing any of those tournaments and I would never have played the satellite had I known the ticket would be restricted. The tournament I played was misleading. It was called "$22 Tickets: 10 Gtd". There was no mention of the ticket being restricted to certain MTTs.

Please stop misleading your customers. I am very reluctant to play satellites now because I don't trust you.

Seems you did open one last minute but the cost is wrong. Currently is $2700 for £2200 buyin. At the mid market rate the actual cost is $2675. Would rather buy in online but not going to pay 1% vig for the pleasure.

Excellent choice to support Saturday High Roller with cheaper tickets from VIP shop. I hope you'll do such promotions again for tournaments in less popular days instead of lowering guaranteeds.

mind to cancel those mtts, it isnt the greatest playing experience to sitout for 10 min every 20minutes of play, while others can still play

This is so awesome. Now I couldn't even log in with my phone. After 5-10 tries it did let me in.

Party, wtf is this? Cancel all tournaments and make emergency fixes if necessary and refund us who have been affected but do something now.

This. I am still not getting their "system". You can somehow register to various live satties and their flagships. And sometimes (if I can correctly recall) I was able to register to a normal middleweight tourneys... It's silly in my eyes.
