Do you feel completely different in your body now? Like when you sit down you feel completely different weight, or when you're walking for example.
Sorry for all questions I'm just amazed & impressed, you could be the face for those weight loss courses!

It was about 98% diet until very very recently. Counting calories and eating the correct amount wrt your maintenance is far and away the most important thing for pure weight loss. I basically have been around 1500 calories/day give or take a few hundred for this entire last 21 months or so. I eat a lot of turkey and chicken mostly, and have had turkey sausage biscuits for breakfast almost every single day. I definitely am not able to walk slowly now because it just feels so weird exerting so little energy to move. People give me **** all the time now for being a super fast walker

sitting in chairs is insanely different because I don't have to worry about breaking them now lol. Sitting at a poker table is also immensely easier and more comfortable obviously.
