How different do you feel?

It would be impossible to overstate the difference in my everyday life. Every aspect of my life has improved exponentially and the change in the way that people treat me in standard interactions has been pretty drastic.

How did you lose it all, what % was eating healthy, and what was excercise?
Do you feel completely different in your body now? Like when you sit down you feel completely different weight, or when you're walking for example.
