It's a Twitter spam bot that has gained a cult following. For more info, check out this writeup.

@Horse_ebooks is a Twitter bot designed and automated by apparently some Russian guy to sell worthless, horrible ebooks about horses. In order to avoid being detected as a spam bot, it occasionally posts a text snippet or two from one of its ebooks, chosen at random.

fwiw I was really close to locking the thread when I saw it this morning but was in a hurry to go bust a live tourney. If you guys want that type of thread this one is perfectly fine to use for naming tourneys

I felt the same thing as shaun. I don't really see that thread having like a crazy discussion, it's more of like a one off 'oh that's a good one' thing that will disappear in a week. You could just say that kind of stuff in the censored thread and it would be a good discussion for a while. More threads is more clutter, that's what this thread is even here for.
